私のイチオシトマトサラダです。
以前スペインへ旅行した際にふらっと寄ったレストランで軽食を取った際、
頼んだトマトサラダを再現してみました。
そんなに甘そうではない、あんまり赤々とていていないトマトのザク切りに、
オイルサーディーンが乗っているだけのシンプルなサラダですが、
びっくりするくらい美味しかったので、自分でも時々作る様になりました。
日本の赤い、あま〜いトマトは美味しいのはもちろんですが、
完熟ではないトマトらしい味のするトマトが、尚合うと思います。
オイルサーディーンは日本でもお手軽に手に入るので、

I will give you a fun fact about Japan! Japan's fruit and vegetable is so expensive because as a Island nation you cannot compete with other nations. So to solve this Japan started to focus on quality instead of quantity. Thats why Japan has all this expensive fruit that is even handed out as gifts.
We in the Netherlands chose the opposite route and we whent for quantity. It both matches our culture, Japan takes pride in the products they create, so they prefer quality, whereas the dutch are economically minded and think "how can I get more for less money?". 😂
