Ingredients:
3 eggs;
1 cup of baby spinach(fresh);
30 gr. mozzarella cheese;
1/2 tomatoes(cut);
pinch of salt and black pepper.
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in the air fryer bowl and stir well.
Bake in the air frier for 20 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.
Sprinkle with parsley and scallions if you like.
