    Musician and restaurateur Taylor Hicks embarks on a culinary journey across the United States to explore and taste each state’s most iconic, historic, and delicious dishes.
    In every episode, he visits farms, ranches, markets, and festivals, meeting passionate locals who keep these food traditions alive.
    For example, in Louisiana, he samples crawfish, po’ boys, gumbo, red beans and rice, and beignets. In Georgia, he dives into boiled peanuts, fried chicken, Vidalia onions, grits, pecan pie, and peach ice cream.
    The first season of the series offers a flavorful tour of America’s diverse and rich culinary heritage.
