    ぶりの照り焼き

    ■材料
    ぶり
    ★味つけ
    醤油大さじ3
    日本酒大さじ2
    みりん大さじ2
    砂糖大さじ1
    水大さじ2
    生姜半片
    ★レシピ
    ぶりの切り身を醤油、日本酒、みりん、水、砂糖、生姜スライスに半日程度漬け込む。
    あとは、オーブンで両面こんがり焼くだけ。

    2 tablespoons mirin
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 tablespoons of water
    Half ginger
    ★ Recipe
    Soak the yellowtail fillet in soy sauce, sake, mirin, water, sugar, and ginger slices for about half a day.
    All you have to do is bake on both sides in the oven.
