    今回は、じゃがアリゴ考案で有名な
    料理研究家のリュウジさんが
    またまたTwitterでバズっている話題のスープ

    見た目のインパクトがヤバイ
    まるでチーズ爆弾みたいなオニオンスープ

    私も流行りに乗って作ってみたよ！

    私なりに、食べやすくなるように少し工夫して簡単に作ってみた！
    メチャメチャ簡単なのに激ウマでした！

    ではでは、さっそく
    作り方・レシピを紹介させて頂きます

    《材料》

    玉葱1個

    スライスチーズ2枚

    コンソメの素小さじ1.5杯

    おろし大蒜 少々

    水 180㏄

    トッピング
    ブラックペッパーやパセリ等

    以上です。

    《作り方》

    ①まずは、玉葱の皮を剥き
    天地を少し切り落とす！

    ヘタの方から玉葱の真ん中位まで十字に
    切り込みを入れる！

    ②器に①の切り込みを下にして入れて
    ラップをして、レンジ（600Wで6分）チン
    して加熱する。

    ③コンソメの素・おろし大蒜・水を加えて
    更に2分間チンする。

    ④仕上げにスライスチーズを乗せて
    30秒程チンして、チーズをとかして

    ブラックペッパー等を掛けたら
    出来上り～～！

    さすが、リュウジさん
    玉葱もとろとろで、大蒜がほのかに効いた
    激ウマのスープでした。
