疲れている日は洗い物も少ないレンチン料理！
豆苗×もやしで家計に優しいメインのおかずです♪
ヘルシーだけど豚肉で満足度もUP☆

材料
（2人分）
・豚ロース薄切り肉 100g
・豆苗 1パック
・もやし 100g
・酒 大さじ1
・柚子胡椒 小さじ1
・ポン酢 適量

手順
1.　豆苗は根元を切り落として半分に切る
2.　酒、柚子胡椒を合わせて混ぜる
3.　耐熱皿にもやしの半量を敷き、豚肉を広げる
4.　残りのもやしと豚肉も同じように重ねる
5.　上に豆苗を散らし、2をまわしかける
6.　ラップをかけて600wのレンジで6分加熱する
7.　6を食べやすい大きさに切り分けて器に盛り、ポン酢をかけて柚子胡椒を添えたら完成

※ お肉に火が通っているかを確認して、お召し上がりください。
