Sheet Pan Banana Bread II Kalejunkie

    INGREDIENTS:
    4 ripe bananas, mashed⁣
    3/4 cup coconut sugar⁣
    1/4 cup coconut oil, melted⁣
    2 eggs (or “flax eggs” or 1/3 cup applesauce)⁣
    1 cup gluten-free flour⁣
    3/4 cup protein oats⁣
    1 tsp baking soda⁣
    1/4 tsp salt⁣
    2 tsp cinnamon⁣
    3/4 cup chocolate chips⁣

    RECIPE:
    Preheat oven to 350F. Spray an 11×7 sheet pan with oil spray well (1/4 sheet pan). In a large bowl, mash the bananas well. Add coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, eggs or egg substitute, and mix well. Next, add the flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well then fold in the chocolate chips. Transfer to the baking pan and use a spatula and smooth in an even layer. Bake 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing into 12 squares. ENJOY!⁣
