先日友人にお呼ばれした時の様子です。いやー、日本人に比べて肉の料理がほんとに上手!
ランプ肉のレシピ↓
1.ランプ肉の両面に岩塩をまぶします。(フライのパン粉を付ける様に岩塩を皿に敷き詰め、その上に肉を押し付ける様にします。)
2.そのままはたいたりせずにグリルで両面を焼きます。(遠火の強火←動画を参照ください。)
3.焼き上がったら、肉を網に叩きつける様にして岩塩を落とします。
4.食べやすい大きさに切り分けて出来上がり
ブラジルソースのレシピ↓
玉ねぎ、トマト、ピーマンをみじん切りにし、酢、サラダ油を入れ、塩、胡椒で味を調えるだけ!具沢山ドレッシングみたいな感じでさっぱりして旨し!

Receita de carne de lâmpada ↓
1. Polvilhe sal grosso nos dois lados da carne da lâmpada. (Coloque o sal grosso no prato, como frite as migalhas de pão e pressione a carne.)
2. Asse os dois lados na grelha sem deixá-la como está. (Consulte o vídeo do fogo distante ←)

Basta picar cebola, tomate e pimentão, adicionar vinagre e óleo de salada e temperar com sal e pimenta! Refrescante com a sensação de vestir-se muito!
