誰が作っても失敗無しで美味しく簡単にタコ飯が作れますよ☺️💕

【材料】

お米　3合

タコ　150g

生姜　1カケ

カツオダシ　500cc

◉調味料

白だし　大2

醤油　　大1

みりん　大2

① 米は洗ってザルに上げておきます。

② タコは1cm角、生姜はみじん切りにします。

③ 鍋にカツオだし、調味料、タコ、生姜を入れて5分位煮て タコに下味を付けます。

④ 炊飯に米、3番を入れ 普通に炊いたら完成です。

⑤ お茶碗に盛り付け トッピングネギを飾ります。

Anyone can make delicious and easy octopus rice without any mistakes☺️💕

This is a very delicious rice dish that was chosen as the 8th most popular search on Cookpad♡ Please give it a try.

[Ingredients]

3 cups of rice

150g octopus

1 piece of ginger

500cc bonito stock

◉Seasonings

2 tablespoons of white stock

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

2 tablespoons of mirin

① Wash the rice and drain it in a colander.

② Cut the octopus into 1cm cubes and the ginger into small pieces.

③ Put the bonito stock, seasonings, octopus, and ginger in a pot and boil for about 5 minutes to season the octopus.

④ Put the rice and number 3 in the rice cooker and cook as usual and it’s done.

⑤ Serve in a bowl and garnish with toppings of green onions.
