This is an amazing business idea but being a chef myself I’d blanch the bean sprouts in a hive stock and sweat the onions first not serve them practically raw and all meet would be cook sous vide to impart more flavor and make the meat more tender. Cooking everything sous vide allows for much shorter cooking times who means more tables can be covered and it’s far more precise. The pasta and corn sides look amazing though I’d add some color to them as well as freshly grated Parmesan with Au nori flakes.

Love how everyone is so respectful, the culture is priceless! Honestly, I know the steaks are great, but the service, respect, and compassion are what takes it over the top. Your stomach is not turning by the time your food arrives.
