    ★くるま麩の卵とじ材料
    くるま麩   20g
    玉ねぎ    半個
    白だし    50cc
    水      250cc
    醤油     大匙1杯
    みりん    大さじ1杯
    酒      大さじ1杯
    さとう    大匙半分
    卵      2個

    ★くるま麩の卵とじ作り方
    1くるま麩は10~15分水につけて戻しておきます。
    2玉ねぎは薄切りにします。
    3鍋に白だしと水、調味料を入れて玉ねぎを弱火から中火で煮ます。
    4くるま麩が軟くなったら食べやすい大きさに切り、水を絞り玉ねぎと一緒に煮ます。
    5くるま麩が煮汁をすって軟くなったら、弱火にして卵を回しかけて蓋をし1分ほど煮ます。
    6表面が半熟のようになったら、お皿に盛り付けて出来上がりです。
