Please subscribe to my channel Today I would like to make strawberry pancakes. This time, I will make fluffy pancakes and even more strawberry sauce to go with the pancakes together. I’ll be talking about various tips on how to make pancakes fluffy, so please enjoy the show until the end. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start with the ingredients for pancakes. Here are the ingredients. Egg whites, egg yolks, pancake mix, sugar, milk, salad oil, lemon juice, we will make pancakes with these ingredients. This time I will use 1 egg yolk and 2 egg whites. So there is one egg yolk left over. I have also shown how to make anglaise sauce on my channel, so please refer to that video and try it. Next, I introduce the ingredients for the strawberry sauce. Here are the ingredients. Strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, here are the ingredients. Strawberry sauce can be easily made in the microwave. Then, since we are going to use a squeeze bag to squeeze out the dough into the pan, we will fit the bag inside a long, thin container without cutting the mouth of the bag and without attaching the mouthpiece. Set it up in advance like this. Easy recipes at home Let’s start with the strawberry sauce. First I cut off the heft of these strawberries. Then going to cut it roughly into chunks. It’s OK if it’s appropriate. I used fresh strawberries this time, but you can make it with frozen strawberries. Then put them in a heat-proof bowl like this. If you use a small heatproof bowl, it may spill while heating, so use a bowl with a little room. そしてここに砂糖とレモン汁を入れます。 This one is first softly wrapped and heated in a microwave oven at 600 watts for 1 minute. I think the eggs for pancakes are divided into yolks and whites, but I’ll start with the yolk batter first. First, in a bowl, you have egg yolks, milk, and salad oil. Mix these three well first. Mix for roughly 15 seconds. It’s light and a little frothy. Add pancake mix here. Can add the pancake mix as it is without sifting. Mix well so that there are no lumps in the pancake mix. Like this. The dough is now melting. If there are no lumps and it mixes nicely, it’s ready. Then the yolk dough is set aside until you are ready to use it. Now, whip the egg whites to make meringue. First, I have the egg whites in a bowl. If there is any oil or moisture in the bowl at this time, it may not foam, so check for oil or moisture. The first thing to do here is to add lemon juice. The addition of this lemon juice helps to create a beautiful meringue and stabilize the egg white foam. This time I will use a hand mixer to whip the mixture. If you don’t have a hand mixer, you can make it with a whisk if you whisk hard enough. So if you use a whisk, try whisking with the whisking I’m going to do now. First, whisk on high speed with a hand mixer for 30 seconds. I just whisked for 30 seconds. Then it becomes foamy foamy like this. The corners are also really subtle, like they stand up with a tingle and then disappear right away. This is about the same. Then add half the sugar here. Well, rough is fine. And now whip it first for 30 seconds on low speed of the hand mixer. Now 30 seconds of whisking. Then it will be more tungsten and angular than before. Add sugar again. Now whisk at low speed for the last 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds. OK. If you get the last chun like this and a corner, it’s OK. It is also shiny. Be careful not to whip the egg whites too much, as they will puff up too much and then tend to deflate after the baking is finished. So be careful not to overbeat the egg whites. Basically, it’s just enough meringue that it doesn’t fall out if you turn the bowl upside down, but it looks a little soft chun and the corners break lightly. If it’s too soft, the dough will be too soft, so try whisking it at this level. Now mix well the egg yolk batter you just made. Now add a scoop of the whipped meringue. Then with a whisk, first mix these two doughs to blend them together. Mix until the mixture is light and smooth, then add another scoop of meringue. For the second time, use a rubber spatula to fluff the mixture. Mix again until there are no streaks left, then add the egg yolk batter back into this meringue. This is mixed in different bowls to prevent uneven mixing. Then I mix this fluffily so as not to break the foam. If you mix too much here, the dough will be loose, so don’t mix too much. If the dough becomes lumpy like this, it is OK. Bloby like this. Like this. Make the dough like this. Now put it in the squeeze bag you prepared. Let’s put it like this. Easy recipes at home Now let’s bake it in a frying pan. First, put a thin layer of salad oil in the frying pan. Spread a thin layer of this oil. This is really thin. If there are clumps of salad oil, the baked surface will be uneven, so make sure to spread it thinly like this. Then cut the mouth of the bag with no flame. Cut like this. The rest is squeezed out in this way. The fire is not lit now, so please do not be in a hurry to squirt it out. The key is to squish it like this so that it is high up in the air. Now, squeeze. Munching, munching, munching. Squeeze to make it higher so that it floats step by step. Like this. Squeeze again. Munching munching munching. Squeeze again. There is still a bit of dough left over, so add more and pout and add another . Or you can have 4 pieces squeezed in. Squeeze like this Then you drip a teaspoon of water. Cover with lid. Then put it on the fire. The heat is very low, and we continue to cook them until they are browned. The time required for baking depends on the size of the pan, the height of the pan, and the material used. By the way, the heat level is about this. Grill over very low heat, about this low. It has now been 7 minutes and 30 seconds since baking. Open once. Ta-da. It is considerably inflated. It’s a little hard to tell with this one, but the overall surface should be a little dry. Now, turn it over with a spatula. If it comes off the pan easily at this point, it is ready to use. Flip over and place on top of the pan. Like this. Turn over and press down a little bit more gently. This will straighten it out nicely. If at this point it is still a little hard to get out of the pan, try baking it a little longer. It’s about the point where you can easily lift it up and it lifts right off the pan. And then turn it over. Shuffling. I’m going to hold my breath a little bit. It’s like this. The first time you mix it, it’s fine, but after the second time, try mixing it as little as possible so that it mixes properly. And when you squirt the mixture into the pan, try to squish the mixture so that it is high. The amount of dough used for this project may vary depending on the size of the pan, but I think you can make about three pans. The baking time will vary depending on the size, depth, and material of the pan, so I think you will be able to stabilize the baking time and heat level after a few times. If you feel that the pancake is cooked, try to float the pancake by slightly inserting a frying pan. If it comes away from the frying pan at that time, it’s ok. If you think it’s still hard to get away from the pan, try baking it for an additional minute at a time. Now flip it over and bake it for roughly 3-5 minutes.
