◎みりん 大さじ1

◎鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1
・マヨネーズ 大さじ1
・すりごま  大さじ1

①人参は細切りにする
②耐熱容器に入れ、◎と混ぜてからラップをかけてレンジで1分加熱する
③調味料・を入れて混ぜる

《大根の味噌汁》
◉大根  5cm
◎水 300ml
◎だしの素 小さじ1
◎味噌 大さじ1

◉鶏むね肉 250g
◎味噌 大さじ1
◎醤油 大さじ1/2
◎みりん 大さじ1

◎水 300ml
◎コンソメ 小さじ1

《ほうれん草のおひたし》
◉ほうれん草 1束

◎酢 大さじ1
◎砂糖 大さじ1
◎醤油 大さじ1

◎玉ねぎ 1/4個

◎酢 小さじ1
◎砂糖 小さじ1/2

①タルタルソース用の卵はアルミホイルに包んでコップに入れ、上まで水を入れる。ふんわりラップをして600W10分加熱する
②玉ねぎはみじん切りにしてレンジで1分加熱
③鶏むね肉は大きめのそぎ切りにして、片栗粉をまぶす
④フライパンに③の胸肉を並べて油をかけて弱火で焼く
⑤両面焼けたら、調味料を入れ絡める

◉わかめ  ひとつかみ
