    150g Liver
    400ml Water ( to take out blood )
    1 Tsp Salt ( to take out blood )
    2 Tbsp Potato starch
    60g Cabbage
    Shallots
    1 Tbsp Sesame oil

    ***Sauce***
    1 Tbsp Sake
    1 Tsp Dashi ( Fish stock )
    Grated garlic ( small quantity )
    Salt and Pepper
