✔︎half of Tuna can with oil

✔︎豚肉　200gくらい
⇨生姜とネギの緑の部分(豚肉茹でる用)
⇨醤油大さじ1
✔︎人参、マッシュルーム(または椎茸)
✔︎あればひじきや昆布も
✔︎醤油大さじ2
✔︎みりん大さじ1.5
✔︎塩小さじ1
✔︎白ワイン(あれば酒) 大さじ2

✔︎pork meat 200g
⇨ginger and green part of spring onion(for boil pork)
⇨1 Tbsp of soy sause
✔︎carrot、mushroom or SHITAKE
✔︎ 2Tbsp of soy sause
✔︎ 1 Tbsp of Mirin
✔︎1 Teasp of solt
✔︎ 2Tbsp of White wine (or Sake)
