  8. にんじんの皮はオブラートの様な超薄い皮ですそれも商品としてだす段階でゴシゴシ洗うのでその時点で洗い流されます スーパーで売っているにんじんの皮はありませんですのでよく洗ってそのまま使って下さい

    豚汁、場所によって入れる物違いますが、玉葱より大根を入れた方が…馬鈴薯は、剥いたらアク抜きして欲しかったなぁ😅まぁ色々入れても美味しく出来るかと😅寒そうな朝に豚汁うどん👍ラディッシュ出来ましたね🎉かー君お味は美味しいと✌️お兄さん、何やっても器用ですね👏

    土地柄なのかな(笑)
    ジャガイモ入れるととろみが出ますね。
    我が家は根菜多めの豚汁にしているので、大根、人参、牛蒡、蓮根、シメジ、長ネギ、蒟蒻に豚肉です。
    根菜摂ると免疫力アップするのでお勧めです。
    豚肉は一番最初に油で炒めると臭みが取れるのと、汁が濁らないですよ。

    栄養素も出ちゃいますがせっかくの収穫、おいしく食べる方法をさぐるのも楽しいかと☺

    みなさんそれぞれできますね 料理 料理はできないではなく できなくても挑戦することが 肝心 やればやるぼはまります 始めは卵で卵焼きとかだし卵やきあとか 今はインターネットで調べれるから挑戦あるのみ
