Then, slice 1/4 of the red onions Next , cut the feta cheese which is essential for the greek food, into the easy to eat size Add all the ingredients on top of the washed baby leaf. Finally, add black olives. If you like, green olives are ok I didn’t have oregano, so instead, add an appropriate amount of dried basil and olive oil, salt and a little balsamic vinegar, and you ‘re done. I will make yogurt and cucumber dip sauce, called tzatziki.This is the ingredients. First, divide the dill into leaves and stems. Then , chop the leaves. Same as the dill, divide the mint into leaves and stems . Then, chop the leaves. Next, cucumber. Grate the surrounding parts and leave the fresh part of the center including the seeds . I used one cucumber this time, but I think it will be more refreshing if you use two. Sprinkle the salt and rub it lightly, then leave it for about 5 minutes. After about 5 minutes , squeeze it tightly by hand to remove the drainage. There is still water left so wrap it in kitchen paper and squeeze it again. The point is, remove the water as much as you can. Next, mix 6 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Put Greek yogurt into a deep bowl. This time I used a whole package of 400g. Add grated garlic, olive oil and vinegar mixed earlier, and add 3 pinches salt and chopped mint and dill salt and mix. I forgot the cucumber, so I added it later. Also, I wanted to taste the garlic stronger so add it and mix. Put dill on as a decoration and you’re done! Third dish is greek meat ball called Keftedes. Here is the ingredients. First, cut the vegetables finely. I used the remaining part of the red onion from greek salad. This machine is convenient when you need to chop something a lot. Next, parsley. Chop finely too. After chopping, add red onions, 1 egg, a little bread crumbs, chopped mint, parsley, salt, and a little bit of grated garlic to a bowl of ground meat. After kneading, put some flour on another tray and put the rolled meatballs After rolling everything, sprinkle the flour evenly. Put the pan on medium heat, sprinkle some vegetable oil and fry the meatballs. When you get a beautiful brown color, turn it over, cover it, with the lid and steam it for 5 to 6 minutes. If you can confirm that the back side is also grilled and it is baked in the center, you’re done! today I will have it with a pita bread I bought at the supermarket. 材料

*ギリシャサラダ 2〜3人分*

・ベビーリーフ 1袋
・きゅうり 半分
・ピーマン 1個
・紫 玉ねぎ 1/4個
・黒 オリーブ 適量
・フェタチーズ 適量

 調味料
・オリーブオイル
・塩
・ドライバジル(あればオレガノ)

*ザジキ 3〜4人分*

・ギリシャヨーグルト 400g
・きゅうり 2本
・ディル 1パック
・ミント 少々

 調味料
・オリーブオイル 大さじ6
・お酢 大さじ2
・おろしニンニク 適量
・塩
・コショウ

*ケフテデェス(ギリシャミートボール) 3〜4人分*

・牛豚合い挽き肉 300~400g
・紫 玉ねぎ 3/4個
・卵 1個
・パセリ
・ミント
・パン粉

 調味料
・塩
・コショウ
・おろしニンニク
・オリーブオイル

作り方

*ギリシャサラダ*

1.野菜(トマト、きゅうり、紫玉ねぎ)フェタチーズを食べやすい大きさに切る
2.ベビーリーフを軽く洗う
3.トッピング(切った野菜とフェタチーズ、追加でブラックオリーブ)
4.塩、ドライバジル、オリーブオイルをあえる
完成!

*ザジキ*

1.ハーブ(ディル、ミント)を葉と茎に分け、葉の部分を細かく刻む
2. きゅうりを中心の水分が多い部分を除いてすりおろしてから塩をまぶし、揉み込んだら数分おいておく。数分経ったら、手でぎゅっと絞ってから次にキッチンペーパーでくるんでさらに絞る。水分をなるべく取り除くことがポイント!

3.調味料(オリーブオイル大さじ6、お酢大さじ2)を合わせる
4. ギリシャヨーグルトを深めの器にうつす
5. 調味料とおろしニンニク、ハーブと塩3つまみ、水分を除いたきゅうりを入れて混ぜる

完成!

*ケフテデェス(ギリシャミートボール)*

1.紫玉ねぎを微塵切りに、パセリは細かく刻んでおく
2.合い挽き肉をボウルに入れる
3. 刻んだ材料1を合い挽き肉と合わせる。
4.そこに卵1個、パン粉適量、塩コショウ適量、おろしニンニク少々、オリーブオイル少しを入れ、手でこねる

5.トレーに小麦粉適量出しておく
6.食べやすい大きさに丸めたミートボールをトレーにおき、小麦粉を満遍なくまぶす
7.中火にかけたフライパンに油を少しひき、ミートボールを焼いていく。

両面焼き目がついて真ん中も火が通ったら完成!

*Tzatziki for 3~4*
・Greek Yogurt 400g
・Cucumber 2
・Dill
・Mint

Seasoning
・Olive Oil Tbsp 6
・Vinegar Tbsp 2
・Grated garlic
・Salt
・Pepper

*Keftedes( Greek Meatball) for 3~4 *
・Minced Beef Pork meat 300~400g
・Red Onion 3/4個
・Egg 1
・Parsley
・Mint
・Panko

Seasoning
・Salt
・Pepper
・Grated Garlic
・Olive Oil

Instruction

*Greek Salad*
1. Cut vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, purple onions) feta cheese into easy-to-eat pieces
2. Wash baby leaf
3. Toppings (vegetables and feta cheese, black olives)
4. Add salt, dry basil and olive oil

*Tzatziki*

1. Divide the herbs (dill, mint) into leaves and stems and chop the leaves into small pieces.
2. Grate the cucumber except for the moist part in the center, and then sprinkle salt, leave it for a few minutes after kneading. After a few minutes, squeeze it tightly by hand, then wrap it in kitchen paper and squeeze it further. The point is to remove as much water as possible!

3. Combine seasonings (6 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of vinegar)
4. Transfer the Greek yogurt to a deep bowl
5. Add seasoning and grated garlic, herbs, 3 pinches of salt, grated & water Removed cucumber and mix.
Ready To Eat!

*Keftedes*

1. Finely chop the purple onions and parsley.
2. Put the ground meat in a bowl
3. Combine chopped ingredients 1 with ground meat.
4. Add 1 egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, a little grated garlic, and a little olive oil and knead by hand.

5. Put an appropriate amount of flour on the tray
6. Place meatballs rolled into a size that is easy to eat on a tray and sprinkle with flour evenly.
7. Add some oil to a frying pan over medium heat and bake the meatballs.

When both sides are grilled and the middle is cooked, it’s done!
