JAMAICAN FLAVOR BOMB IN YOUR MOUTH (Wet Jerk Marinade Recipe Ingredients)

Here’s how to make a wet jerk marinade using traditional Jamaican Jerk ingredients. Scroll down to get the recipe!

To convert to a Jamaican wet jerk rub, keep the same jerk marinade recipe ingredients but DRINK THE BEER instead of pouring into the blender 😉 And instead of blending, use a food processor so that your jerk seasoning has more chunks, which is how we like it in Jamaica!

The jerk marinade recipe has been slightly modified in 2022 as follows:-
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup oil
¼ cup beer
64 grams escallion
6 cloves garlic
2 whole Scotch bonnet Peppers
16 grams ginger
6 grams pimento seed
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 pimento leaves
1½ tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
