【タコス】簡単タコスクッキング

1, 2, 3… Hello everyone! – I’m Kazuma!
– I’m Leslie! Today Mexico is still in quarantine, and since there is not
much to do, Leslie and I want to make
some real tacos! Yey! When the Japanese think of Mexico the first
thing they will say would be “Tacos”. Before coming to Mexico
I had never eaten tacos, the second day I arrived I went to eat
tacos and they were delicious. The street tacos are delicious
but they have a lot of fat, and during quarantine
it’s hard to do exercise, that’s why Leslie is going to cook us
some healthy tacos. Before Leslie cooks tacos for us, we will explain a bit about tacos …
I was wrong. We will explain a bit about
traditional Mexican cuisine. There are more than 1000 types
of Mexican food, and is registered
as a UNESCO Cultural Heritage. Why does Mexico have UNESCO
cultural heritage records? Leslie will explain it to us easily. Traditional Mexican food
is made from corn, beans and chili. these are deeply associated
with festivals and rituals. Corn processing methods, the… The processing methods…
Shut up! Corn processing methods, agricultural techniques,
kitchen tools, etc, have been used
for over a thousand years. I see. So, let’s cook tacos
together right now! ¡Yey! “Ingredients” And now the ingredients. Coriander
(Kazuma says it in Japanese) Avocado
(Kazuma says it in Japanese) Onion
(Kazuma says it in Japanese) Tomato
(Kazuma says it in Japanese) Lemons
(Kazuma says it in Japanese) Nopales It is a cactus
that is commonly eaten in Mexico. – Scallions
– I don’t really know how to say … As will be?
Like small onions. – Green chile.
– Chile, used in any Mexican food. And the most important:
Tortillas! The main character in a cue:
tortillas. And the meat? In the refridgerator… Meat!
(Kazuma says it in Japanese) The tacos you eat on the street
have a lot of fat, that’s why the tacos we will make today
are homemade and healthy, using low fat meat sold in
any market we will make our tacos. Here we go! Gorgeous! “We will start making the sauce” Let’s start with the sauce
that is guacamole. We are going to cut it like this,
cubed, for presentation. And we are going to take it out
with a spoon. We are also going to cut the tomato
into cubes. I’m going to throw it inside. Then the onion. – It has a very strong flavor, right?
– Ahhh. – That’s why you put a little on it, right?
– Yeah As the flavor of the onion is strong
we will use little for the sauce. We are going to cut everything like this,
in cubes. The rest of the avocado. And we cut it into cubes again. – Again this way.
– Yeah We cut it again in this way
and throw it inside. Mix. Then the lemon. – Then a little salt.
– Yes! By the way, Leslie’s specialty
seems to be Italian food. – Yes, well, is it weird?
– Is weird. Well, I also like Mexican food. Done, that’s how it should be. Woow, that looks good – It’s ready now, right?
– yeah – Ready?
– It’s over. It’s done. Now we will continue with the meat. “Guacamole: avocado, tomato, lemon,
onion, salt, olive oil and pepper ” We are going to use this meat, We already bought it
seasoned with salt and pepper, so if yours does not have it
you can put it to taste. Well, first we will cut the meat. We have finished cutting the meat. This size more or less. If we cook it, it will get smaller.
This size is fine. Now the following ingredients for meat. We are going to use
the little onion we have left. Will not use much. This time we are going to cut it
like this, in julienne strips. – In this way.
– Yeah. And now we are going to fry the meat. Let’s cook the meat. Onion first. Let’s fry the onion first. We have to fry it until it changes color. Just like this. Just like this. Now continue to fry the meat. So that the meat does not dry
we should not be moving it much. Then we have to let it cook
in its juice. – It’s alright like that, right?
– yeah Then the nopales. The cactus that I have never seen
in Japan, nopales. In Mexico they eat them
daily, right? Sure. This is an edible cactus. Well, if you eat it with some tacos
it must be delicious. Of course. We are going to put them in the microwave
so that they cook a little and and we can already
put it on the meat. The meat is ready.
Looks rich. This is the meat of the tacos. – It’s simple, isn’t it?
– yeah We are going to cut
the tails of the onions. – Like around here.
– “Boragi”? – Like around here.
– “Boragi”? And let’s fry them a little bit, along with the nopales,
the onions, the chili and… nothing else. Yeah, well, onions and nopales and chili. It looks spicy,
we’ll fry all of this together. The edible cactus changes color
that easy. It is the first
that we have to take out. Come to think of it,
in Japan they don’t sell nopales. Really? Well, normally they don’t eat it. Yes, it hardly sells.
Maybe it’s expensive. Take out the nopales
that were fried together first, then the onions and chili
leave them until they are well cooked. In Spanish this is called
“Torea el chile”. Makes it spicier. It seems that when you fry the chili
it becomes richer (spicy). We will fry it very well. – Kazuma will die if you try this.
– That’s true. By the way,
I can’t eat spicy food so I will only eat a little. Finished. – So it should be like this.
– Okay. So it should be like this. In Mexico it is very common
to eat tacos let’s toss coriander
and onion into pieces. So we are going to cut them. Here’s the guacamole Leslie made and this is the coriander and the onion
that will go to the top of the tacos. Now we are going to heat the tortillas. Normally if we buy tortillas
in a Tortillería they are soft, freshly made, warm, then we can already create
our taquito. But since we bought these yesterday,
let’s heat them a little bit on the fire. This is like very Mexican. We will heat them Mexican style. Turn it over, it scares me. – It is burning.
– yeah – It’s okay, it’s okay like that, it’s okay.
– yeah? – It’s okay like that? It is hot.
– yeah Turn it over. – It’s burning, it’s burning.
– Yes. Yes. Yes. No, it’s fine like this, it’s fine! It’s OK! – Ah, I see.
– Exactly. This is very Mexican. You can’t stand very hot things, huh?
It looks delicious. I’m going to digress a bit but these tortillas are too many but Mexicans eat a lot of tortilla so This is more or less 10 pesos. In Japan it is 50 yen. – Too cheap.
– Very cheap. Seriously so cheap? Since we have our taquitos like this
we are going to add the ingredients In this case the nopales. Ready, we finished! It is ready! Good work, Leslie. Thanks, good work everyone. Well, let’s taste it! “Let’s taste it!” I’ll eat these real tacos
that Leslie made. Yeah. – Bon appetit.
– Bon appetit. – Go ahead.
– Can I eat it like this? Bon appetit! Why do you bite him from there? I wasn’t going to be able
to by the head. It’s delicious, it’s delicious. Incredible real tacos. It is delicious even
if it is not from the street. You must eat it like this. Now this. The onion that we fried long ago. – Does it taste strong? Yes, it is a little different.
– It’s sweet, pretty sweet. – It’s good.
– Bon appetit! I’m going to take everything. Do you want chili? – A bite.
– yeah The chili that I hate so much. – I have a bad feeling.
– A bit. “Little devil laughing” – Eat more, eat more.
– Spicy! – I’m crying.
– Your face. You are red. Red face? Look. It’s delicious. Spicy Apparently the Mexican is different. I give you the chili. Thank you, so kind. – Am I not?
– Very kind, always, always. How dangerous. Delicious. This is also very Mexican. This is a very Mexican way to eat. – This is terrible. What’s it called?
– The name? Chile verde o chile de árbol. Green chili or tree chili. – I’ll eat all the guacamole.
– It’s okay. There is more, do you want more? I’m fine, it is enough. Leslie has prepared some real tacos for us
in these times of quarantine. – It was delicious, thanks.
– That good. As I said a while ago
when we were cooking, if you buy the ingredients at Costco
even in Japan you could easily cook it, It’s not like you have to buy
just this same meat, or that you should use nopales, only tortillas are necessary.
Maybe there are corn at Costco, please try it. Thank you very much. See you again in the next video! – Subscribe to the channel please.
– Please. – Bye, bye.
– ¡Bye!

    Vamos a hacer !!!!!
