Place fruit and apply cream. Apply syrup on both sides of the sponge. I can’t see it, so I pack it roughly. Carefully apply the last cream. My favorite process. Decorate with fruit. more and more complete! It’s a colorful fruit cake. It’s easy, so next time I’ll make it with strawberries.
