Pumpkin & Ricotta Lasagne (+ my weird middle name story)

this story really has nothing to do with the recipe but I’m telling it because a few people ask what my username means and it sort of just fits so to quickly jump through that mon is shop Montana and Mac is shot for McKenzie which is one of my middle names the second one being I guess you could say unique I remember being so embarrassed about the second one growing up and looking back it really annoys me that I was because it’s something that’s totally unique to me and plus it has a story to it so The Story Goes that when I was born my sister was only 15 months old and couldn’t really talk yet so instead of being able to say baby she’d just point and say Bobo and my mum being whoever indecise herself couldn’t decide on a name for me for the first three months of my life so Bobo kind of just stuck it’s now the name that all my friends and family still call me it’s on my birth certificate my passport which is really weird I know but I secretly do love it
