お菓子作り 簡単☆はちみつプリンの作り方

When the steam starts to rise strongly, immediately turn off the heat. Add the honey and hot water mixture in several batches. Heat again over low heat for 2-3 mins while stirring. Cool it, then let it sit in the fridge.

▶材料 約150mlの耐熱のガラス容器 6個分

■プリン
卵Ｍ 3個
牛乳 480g
はちみつ 95g
バニラオイル 5滴 省略可

■はちみつカラメル
グラニュー糖 70g
はちみつ 20g
熱湯 65g

※湯煎焼き 150℃ 45-50分（予熱 170℃）

▶作り方

【プリン】

①オーブンを170℃に予熱する。お湯も準備する。

②牛乳とはちみつを中弱火で約45℃まで温める。

③ボウルに卵を割り入れ、あまり泡立てないようにほぐす。

④温めておいた牛乳を少しずつ注ぎ入れ、その都度よく混ぜる。

⑤全て入れ終わった後も30秒ほど混ぜ続ける。

⑥バニラオイルを加える。

⑦2回濾して、耐熱グラスに注ぎ入れ、グラスにアルミホイルをかぶせる。

⑧バットに2枚重ねにしたキッチンペーパーを敷き、50℃のお湯を張ったら、グラスを入れる。

⑨オーブンを150℃に下げ、45-50分焼く。

⑩氷水で急冷し、冷蔵庫で一晩冷やす。
（ガラス容器の場合、破損防止に10分ほどしてから氷水に入れてください。）

【はちみつカラメルソース】

①はちみつに熱湯を加え、混ぜておく。

②小鍋にグラニュー糖を入れ、中火で加熱する。

③縁が色づいてきたら、時々鍋を揺らして、まんべんなく溶かす。

④きつね色になり、蒸気が勢いよく出始めたら、すぐに火を止める。

⑤はちみつ液を数回に分けて加える。

⑥弱火で再度2～3分加熱する。

⑦耐熱容器に出し、粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で一晩冷やす。

【補足】
プリンもカラメルも冷蔵庫に３時間ほど入れれば食べられますが、一晩置いた方が美味しかったです。
