SOA welcome to tp.com and my name is ma’am today I will show you how to cook with uh cabosa Japanese pumpkin half of uh this cabosa we going to slide it and cut in a small pieces okay oh first you got to take the seed out so I already take the seed out and a little bit just and I keep as you notied I keep the skin on that’s a yummy part for this recipe we have kaboa bacon garlic and egg and uh chicken Boolean or chicken stock if you uh start with put bacon in the pan let’s take the uh fat or the kese out of the bacon see the fat is out and the bacon look crispy put the bacon on the side oil on in the pan garlic and a [Applause] kaboa a little bit of salt [Music] salt and egg I you two eggs because it’s small th eggs and a little bit of chicken buan a little bit of water this time don’t cook the egg yet cover with the lid for a few [Applause] minutes you can season this with the uh I use Mei seasoning salt because it’s not too salty a little bit we going to put our [Music] bacon until kaboa tender soft soft and tender you can by ping it I’m going to put latini pasta [Applause] oh good it’s finished let’s have it enjoy I hope you try to cook this
