🍳海鮮チヂミのレシピ (2人前)

1.玉ねぎはスライス、万能ネギは4cmほどの長さに切っておきます。(お好みでいろんな野菜を入れてもよし)

2.冷凍ミックスシーフードは適量を塩を振った水で解凍し出来るだけ細かく切ります。

3.チヂミの粉150gに水1カップを加えよく混ぜ生地を作ります。生地に氷を入れると焼いた時にサクサクになります。

4.切った材料と生地をよく混ぜ、温めたフライパンにサラダ油を多めにひき、厚くならないよう生地を薄く伸ばしながら焼きます。

5.生地の外側に火が通ったらひっくり返して裏側も同様に焼いたら完成です。
