Hamburger recipes from Japanese cooks. Ingredients
100g ground beef
200g minced pork
salt

Enoki mushrooms

Pizza cheese, to taste

Hamburger Sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons ketchup Cool your hands well so the fat in the meat doesn’t melt. 2:1 ratio of ground pork to ground beef
Mix in Place ground pork (200g) and ground beef (100g) in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and knead. Add chopped enoki mushrooms and knead further. Cut 1 onion into 4 equal slices. Grease your hands and form the seeds into a hamburger. Grease a frying pan and place the hamburger steaks in it. Place a small amount of pizza cheese on top.
The cheese will act as an adhesive for the ingredients.
Place the sliced onions on top of the cheese and place over medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes, and when the meat is browned, turn it over.
Cover with a lid and steam over low heat for 7 minutes. Mix together 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin, and 2 tablespoons ketchup.
The ratio of the sauce is 1:1:1
A nice combination of teriyaki sauce and demi-glace sauce!
Add the seasoning mixture to the pan after cooking the hamburger steak and heat through.

    パン粉!牛乳、卵等を使わないんですよね。
    やってみます。
