For complicated reasons, I’m feeling good, lol. Today, by using Tablemark Sanuki-udon and making good use of frozen Sanuki-udon, I’ll show you how to make the very chewy chilled Udon with sauce. I may not make Chinese style cold noodles this year, because this is so delicious. I hope you will enjoy it every summer. Now, let’s cook! Ryuji’s Buzz Recipe Now, I’m gonna introduce the ingredients. 1 serving of frozen Tablemark Sanuki-udon. One of a pack of 5. Most of the ingredients are seasonings. Yakiniku sauce, because this recipe is chilled Udon with sauce. The regular medium spicy type is fine. About 2table spoons. And sesame oil, 1table spoon. Soy sauce, 2 teaspoons. Vinegar 1/2 tablespoon. 2 shakes of Umami seasoning. Sesame seeds for topping. Also, use egg yolks, small green onions. Chili oil as you like. Today I’ll cook using these ingredients. All right then, using this frozen Sanuki-udon, usually, many people boil udon, You can microwave it in the inner bag and it becomes very tasty! I’ll show you an easier and more eco-friendly way. So, I won’t use fire today. Hey, lady! It’s hard to boil udon in summer, isn’t it? In such a case, let’s leave it to Mr. Microwave! "Mr. Microwave, please!"
