chicken 240-300g(salt,pepper)
spring onion 1/4
awasemiso
miso 15cc-25cc
mirin 30cc
sugar 5cc
seasame oil
chopped spring onion,ginger,garlic
green onion

材料(2人前)
鶏もも肉(塩、こしょうをふっておく) 240から300グラム
ネギ 4分の1本くらい
合わせ味噌(味噌の種類・味によって調整してください)
みそ 大さじ1から1.5
みりん 大さじ2
砂糖 小さじ1から2
ごま油 適量
ネギ 少々(みじん切り)
にんにく 少々(みじん切り)
しょうが 少々(みじん切り)
万能ネギ 適量(小口切り)

why use the salad pinch thingy for frying in the pan? wouldn't the black part melt from use and the bits mix up with the food?

Those are the white part of green onion.
Looks delicious, thanks for posting this, I think I'll try making it. By the way, I think 'golden brown' sounds more appetizing since scorched sounds a bit too much.
