Sweet potato pudding (vegan) ☆ さつま芋のプリン

Ingredients:

150g sweet potato
750g soy milk
180g brown rice syrup
1 tsp agar powder
a hint of vanilla extract
a hint of cinnamon

Instructions:

1. steam sweet potato.
2. blend with 200g soy milk with a blender until smooth.
3. add 400g soy milk, brown rice syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon. mix well.
4. combine 150g soy milk and agar powder in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
5. put all the ingredients together and pour it into a cup or a glass.
6. let it cool until it hardens.

「材料」

さつまいも 150g
豆乳 750g
玄米米飴 180g
粉寒天 小さじ1
バニラエクストラクト 少々
シナモン 少々

「作り方」

1、さつまいもを蒸します。
2、豆乳200gと一緒にブレンダーにかけます。
3、豆乳400g、玄米米飴、バニラエクストラクト、シナモンを加えて混ぜ合わせます。
4、豆乳150gと粉寒天を鍋に入れ、沸騰させます。
5、全ての材料を混ぜ合わせてグラスに注ぎます。
6、固まるまで冷やします。

  2. Purple yam is a fave in my family! We do turn it into pudding, add to ice cream but mostly we eat it with slushy milk! This is baby Ryoya, eh? I run hot water over a vanilla cap that wont open and it works! Thanks for this lovely vid!
