▫️牛そぼろと野菜の炊き込みご飯
▫️お野菜チヂミ
▫️トマトスープ
▫️りんごとさつまいものコンポート
▫️バナナいちごヨーグルト
BREAKFAST MENU
▫️Rice cooked with beef and vegetables
▫️Vegetable pancake
▫️Tomato soup
▫️Apple and sweet potato compote
▫️Banana strawberry yogurt

野菜たっぷりトマトスープ
▫️しめじ
▫️ズッキーニ
▫️冷凍野菜ミックス
▫️じゃがいも
▫️タラ
▫️水
▫️KAGOME トマトペースト
▫️ベビー用コンソメ
▫️とろみ粉
野菜を月齢に合ったサイズに細かくカットし、
柔らかくなるまで茹でる。
茹でたタラの身を解して入れて更に煮込み、味をつける。
弱火にして、水溶き片栗粉でとろみをつけたら完成！
多めに作っておくと、味付けを変えて複数のスープに応用できます😊
