This time, I am going to make spicy chicken wing ”Maboroshino Tebasaki” which is offered by “Sekai no Yamachan”.
“Sekai no Yamachan” is a chain izakaya hailing from Nagoya.
Maboroshi(幻) means illusion and Tebasaki(手羽先) means chicken wings.
It goes quickly when served, so it was named Maboroshino Tebasaki.
