I was abit freaked out about the ice cubes but if that’s what I have to do to get the pork tender I’ll give this recipe a go . Thankyou this is great 🙏

Whoever told you, the ice water does something to it was lying to you. It’s called pork tenderloin because it’s already tender is the most tender part of the pork just in case you had no idea
