おばあちゃんがお店に行く前とお店が終わった後に育てた野菜の天ぷらは絶品で、時期によって出てくる野菜も少し変わります！
今からの時期は夏野菜が出てくるので、最高に楽しみです！

Today, I’m introducing a restaurant called “Shota no Udon” in Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture.

What I ordered was

“Tempura Rice Bowl & Half Kake Udon (Large Size) Set”

This cozy udon restaurant is run by grandma, the beloved idol of Gujo Hachiman, who lovingly grows the vegetables used for the freshly fried tempura, alongside her grandson Shota, who makes handmade homemade udon noodles!

The vegetable tempura made with veggies that grandma grows before opening and after closing the shop is absolutely delicious, and the vegetables change slightly depending on the season!
Summer vegetables will start appearing around this time of year, and I honestly can’t wait!
