『ごはんが止まらない鮭フレーク』
【材料(2〜3人分)】
・鮭の切り身…3切れ(骨取り使用)
・料理酒…大さじ1
・みりん…大さじ1
・ごま油…小さじ1
・醤油…小さじ1
・白いりごま…大さじ1

① 下準備
鮭の切り身の骨を取り除く。

フライパンに鮭・料理酒・みりんを入れ、弱めの中火で水分を飛ばしながら両面を焼く。
火が通ったら皮を取り、ヘラでお好みの大きさにほぐす。

③ 仕上げ
ごま油・醤油・白いりごまを加えて混ぜながら中火で加熱する。
水分がなくなったら完成。

・Mirin…1 tbsp

Remove any remaining bones from the salmon.

Place the salmon, sake, and mirin in a pan.
Cook over medium-low heat, letting the moisture evaporate while cooking both sides.
Once cooked, remove the skin and flake into your preferred size.

③ Finish
Add sesame oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
Cook over medium heat while mixing until the moisture is gone.
