Yukai Resort Nanki Shirahama Onsen Hotel Senjo Hello! This is Hozuki. This time’s travelogue is… Wakayama trip (1 night 2 days)! This time we will introduce “Yukai Resort Nanki Shirahama Onsen Hotel Senjo”! Nanki Shirahama Onsen in Wakayama Prefecture, where Hotel Senjo is located,

It takes about 2 and a half hours by car from Osaka. There are also shuttle buses from Kyoto, Shin-Osaka, and Tennoji. (Reservation required: 5,016 yen round trip) There is also a free shuttle bus (reservation required) from the nearest Shirahama Station! For this reason, the inn is accessible by train or car!

Hotel Senjojiki is located near Wakayama’s scenic spot “Senjojiki”. Senju no Yu, an infinity open-air bath overlooking the sea, We have a wonderful buffet centered around grilled seafood! And depending on the date, if you use travel assistance, you can get a slightly nicer room for just over 7,500 yen per person (!)

This time, I would like to share with you the charms of Hotel Senjo and Wakayama Prefecture. Thank you for your continued support this time! Unfortunately it started raining this time… From the Kinki Expressway, take the Hanwa Expressway route.

First of all, there is a store in Wakayama City that I would like to visit. I decided to get off at Wakayama IC! It takes about 15 minutes from Wakayama IC. We have arrived at Kino Wakayama, which is directly connected to Nankai Wakayama City Station! Today’s lunch is at Taiheiyo Sakaba Kino Wakayama

Branch, where you can eat Wakayama’s specialty! This is an izakaya restaurant that opens from noon, where you can eat set meals. The Pacific set available only at Kino store looks delicious! All set meals are under 1000 yen! cheap! There was also a somewhat retro-modern menu lol Avocado tuna rice

My partner chose the feminine (?) menu. Avocado looks delicious. And cheap! Pacific set (Kino store only) I chose the Pacific set! This is a beautiful tuna! It looks delicious. Chicken Nanban is also huge! Plenty of tartar too! This size is 1300 yen! Great value set, itadakimasu!

Drizzle with soy sauce specially made for tuna… Wow, it looks really delicious. I’ll enjoy having this! Delicious! The tuna is fresher than I expected! It has a medium-fatty part and is rich and delicious! Next is chicken nanban. Lots of tartare! This is so delicious! It tastes like this.

Miso soup with plenty of fried eggs is surprisingly delicious! At the end, I added wasabi soy sauce to give it a little tang! I might prefer it with wasabi. Thank you for the meal! I’ll come again when I go to Shirahama! Then let’s leave for Shirahama! We are experiencing heavy rain…

But with some mysterious luck, the rain will stop once we reach Shirahama! It was bad··· First of all, let’s go buy today’s sweets! So I came to Toretore Market in Shirahama! If you come to Shirahama, come here and you’ll be fine lol Our recommendation is this one by Kadoya-san. It’s a thin manju!

Our steamed buns are always freshly made, warm and delicious! Now that we have refilled our sweets, let’s head to the hotel! The rain has become a little lighter! About 10 minutes from Toretore Market… Yukai Resort Premium Shirahama Onsen Hotel Senjo is now in sight!

The parking lot is a little far away, so I’ll unload my luggage first. I left my car in a parking lot about a 2-minute walk away and came back! Everything at Yukai Resort in Shirahama is premium. Now, let’s enter and check in!

There was a yukata to choose from next to the front desk! We also have the real thing, so you can choose the size that suits you. The front lobby has a terrace overlooking the pool! The rain has stopped, so I decided to go out on the terrace.

The pool and sunset are so beautiful. What a wonderful sight! It’s worth coming just to see this view! Reserve a bath at the lobby. Reservations are required every 30 minutes. Now let’s head to our room! Is the elevator a little small? This time we had a room on the 4th floor!

As I was heading to my room… A cute guy was cleaning the room. good luck. Then go to your room. The key is a cylinder type. Superior Japanese-Western room (with bath) This is quite a large room! Wonderful! The view from the window was an amazing view and sunset!

The rain has stopped and the pool seems to be open! The Japanese-style room also has 10 tatami mats, which is quite spacious! On the shelf is a pot and tea set. There is a refrigerator under the shelf. Standard size. There was a Koizumi hair dryer on the dressing table.

Also equipped with air conditioning! It was Daikin. The bed was also comfortable! Next, we will introduce the water area. The toilet has a washlet. Although it was showing its age, it was a clean unit bath. There is also a stand for luggage storage. There were slippers inside.

There are haori and towel sets in the closet. There was also an extra futon in the closet (apparently it can accommodate up to 7 people). It’s a spacious Japanese-style room with a great view! Now let’s explore the facility. First, let me introduce you to the natural hot spring pool.

There is a garden from the lobby to the pool. Wonderful. A lion welcomed us. A natural hot spring pool that shines in the sunset! There is also a jacuzzi in the back, which can be used like an open-air bath. The temperature of the jacuzzi is higher than

That of the pool, and it feels like a bath. It’s nice to take a jacuzzi while watching the sun go down! There is also a route from the pool to the hot springs. Going from the pool to the hot springs is quite nice!

At the back of the indoor bath, there is an open-air bath called Kuroshio-no-Yu. Turning through a cave-like passage, Go down the outside stairs and walk! It’s quite a distance, so it might be a little difficult to wear slippers. At the end is the open-air bath, “Kuroshio no Yu”.

Back inside the building. First of all, there is a game corner. Speaking of hot springs, there was also a table tennis corner! The dinner venue is being prepared. I’m looking forward to it. excited. There is also a manga corner that you can use after taking a bath.

We will also introduce a few shops. They also sell tabi and socks (thank goodness I forgot them) a. It’s ice cream. It’s delicious, isn’t it? You can also buy alcohol. convenience. The plum wine was also very satisfying. As expected from Wakayama.

Now that I had finished introducing the museum, I went there the next day. First, I would like to introduce “Senjojiki”, which is also the name of the hotel. So the weather has improved! lol (next day) Senjojiki, a scenic spot in Wakayama Prefecture, is a 2-minute drive from the hotel!

It’s only a 4 minute walk, so it’s perfect for seeing Senjojiki! The rocks eroded by the rough waves are amazing… The rough waves and rocks of the Pacific Ocean are very picturesque. I was moved by a sight I had never seen before! Apparently the sunset is beautiful, so it

Might be a good idea to come in the evening! This is a scene reminiscent of “Toei” or “Hisusas” lol Let’s go to the top of the cliff. That’s an amazing rock… Rough waves! And an amazing storm lol The wind and sight made all my worries go away!

When I looked back, I saw that it was actually over 1,000 tatami mats in size. It’s really impressive, so be sure to check it out! Day 1 again. I think I’ll take a bath first! First, let’s enter the indoor bath, Senju no Yu!

The road leading to Senju no Yu is like a cave. It reminded me of the cave bath at Hotel Urashima. Now let’s enjoy the indoor bath “Senju no Yu”! Hotel Senjo’s hot springs are his sodium chloride/hydrogen carbonate springs,

The hot springs are so strong that you can see hot water floating in the bathtub! The open-air bath has a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean. This is an infinity open-air bath where the ocean and hot springs come together! Depending on the time, you can even watch the sunset, which is great!

It’s so warm… Enjoy the hot springs and head out for dinner! Before entering the dinner venue, please disinfect your hands before entering! The seats were free seats. Shall I take a seat by the window? Set the 9-square plate and let the battle begin!

First up is the live kitchen’s sashimi corner. It’s raw tuna sashimi! I also have my favorite salmon. yay. I got as much salmon as the local specialty tuna lol Next is amaebi, but since I didn’t have any, I’ll have it next time. Next is the sushi corner! Raw tuna sushi looks delicious!

Next was squid sushi and trout salmon sushi. We also have octopus and shrimp sushi. We also had mackerel and egg sushi. I want to eat mackerel. Next was the tekka roll, followed by the seafood roll. Then there was Sanma Sushi and Mehari Maki Sushi.

It’s a specialty of Wakayama, so I’m going to try it! And here comes the seafood Robatayaki corner! First up is the charcoal-grilled turban shells. Next was the charcoal-grilled shrimp. Shrimp is big. And charcoal grilled scallops! This looks delicious too! I liked it so I took two lol Live kitchen continues. This is steak!

Inside the steamer with a cute pig, There was Nanko plum chawanmushi. looks delicious. Next is marinated salmon and mushrooms and edamame. And garnish with pickled plums. We also had Kumano beef curry. Let’s eat later… And the new Koshihikari from Kamitonda. And the new Koshihikari from Kamitonda. And crab miso soup! (That’s the name)

There are lots of crabs! amazing! This is luxurious! I’m looking forward to it. This is a salad. Carrots, onion slices, corn, etc. There were 4 types of dressing. Next is the Wakayama specialty corner! First up is Kinokuni Mandarin Mandarin Steamed Nanko Plum Sauce. Next, stir-fried mandarin oranges with cashew nuts.

Sweet and spicy fried mandarin chicken wings. Mandarin Festival. And we also have Wakayama ramen! I want to eat this too! I guess I’ll just ignore this. It’s time to take a seat. Maybe it was too much lol Hozuki’s Choice ~ Seafood Samadhi! Where are the vegetables? ~

First of all, grilled seafood! looks delicious! The pink color of the steak is also nice. Plenty of sashimi and sushi. It’s all about seafood! And miso soup with plenty of crab on pizza. Follow your desires… I’ll add chawanmushi and try the first round like this!

I forgot to take vegetables, so I started with the most vegetable-like items (?) Nanko plum sauce with steamed mandarin oranges is refreshing and delicious! Next is raw tuna! It looks delicious. First, let’s try it with just soy sauce. It has just the right amount of fat and is delicious! Raw tuna Banzai!

Seafood continues! I’m going to grill scallops over charcoal! The scallops are big! And the soy sauce smells great! Flavor that fills your mouth! Happy… Next, we had the turban shells. Oh. Something good happened! I pulled back lol I managed to get it lol I’ll take it.

Yes, it’s bitter but delicious. It’s a grown-up taste. I want alcohol lol The steak is well-cooked too! The steak was lean and had a good flavor! Next is trout salmon. beautiful. Enjoy it with wasabi on top! It’s fatty and delicious! This is good salmon!

Next is whitebait pizza! It’s a little salty and would go well with alcohol! Crab miso soup is full of crab! Good dashi is coming out! The crab meat was also delicious. Mehari sushi and saury sushi are also delicious! The Nanko plum chawanmushi is also refreshing. It has a comforting taste.

1st time finished! Seafood is delicious, so it’s a good substitute! Sweet shrimp is back in stock! The arrangement is also very beautiful. Let’s eat. Next is the Chinese corner. First, there are spring rolls, This is mapo tofu. This is sweet and sour chicken, not sweet and sour pork.

Next is meat penne gratin with eggplant and mushrooms. And then there was Kumano Beef Bolognese. When it comes to Kumano beef, you have to eat it! I got the Kumano beef stamina stir-fry that I didn’t get earlier! We will also have Kumano beef curry. Lots of meat! All-you-can-drink soft drinks are available.

I tend to drink oolong tea for my health (does it work?) Hozuki’s Choice ~I took a lot of Kumano beef~ We mainly focused on Kumano beef that we couldn’t get earlier and other delicious items. I’m looking forward to the Kumano beef stamina grill!

I also got sweet shrimp. I feel like I’ve been eating well lately… Kumano beef curry. It’s full of amazing meat! I’m going to go to the second round like this! First up is Kumano Beef Bolognese. Yeah, I want to drink wine lol Mandarin chicken wings are delicious! It’s crispy.

Meanwhile, the Kumano Beef Stamina Yaki is ready to eat. It looks piping hot and delicious! I’ll enjoy having this! Both the seasoning and the meat are delicious! The taste makes you want rice! After I finished grilling the meat, I used it for scallops! Scallops are even more delicious when they are freshly grilled!

Next, we will have Kumano beef curry! The meat and curry are both delicious, so it’s really delicious (vocabulary…) I peeled the sweet shrimp! This is also sweet and delicious! I’m very satisfied with this feeling! Now let’s get into it! It was dessert time so I didn’t have many products.

Grape pudding, strawberry pudding, junior high school sweet potato (what is it?) There was an Anno potato pound cake and a soft cheesecake. The fruits were melon, pineapple, mango, lychee, and grapes. It’s a handmade monaka! It looks like fun so I’ll make it!

This time I will make it with a mixture of chestnut bean paste and Ogura bean paste! Add various fruits… I think this will be fun for kids too! Done! It looks fun and delicious. And finally, Wakayama ramen. The order is already messed up lol

It was a style where you boiled and made your own noodles! I feel like a bit of a craftsman lol Add the toppings and it’s done! Hozuki’s Choice ~In the end, I did whatever I wanted~ Starting with pizza… I feel like I’m already doing whatever I want lol Monaka looks like this.

Wakayama ramen looks delicious too! I’m going to shime like this! Wakayama ramen was thick and filling! The chashu topping is big and delicious! The Monaca I was looking forward to… Is delicious! I think there was a little too much fruit. The soft cheesecake and Anno sweet potato pound cake also taste great!

I’m already full… it was so delicious! After a short break in your room, head to the open-air bath! The open-air bath “Kuroshio-no-Yu” is located along the coast with a panoramic view of the ocean. It is an open-air bath where you can take a bath while looking at the wonderful scenery!

However, please note that there is no washing area. It’s time to drink in the room! As always, to go with the golden one is Kadoya’s thin-skinned manju! fun. Well then… cheers ah. It will soak in after you take a bath! Now let’s try Kadoya’s thin-skinned manju… open!

As the name suggests, the skin is thin and you can eat red bean paste right away! The slightly salty red bean paste goes well with a highball! The red bean paste is so delicious that it feels like it’s freshly made! Thin-skinned manju was delicious! It also makes

A great souvenir, so please give it a try. Bye now for today. good night! Good morning! The weather is so nice today! Looks like it’s going to be a good day! First of all, I thoroughly enjoyed my morning bath! Then we’re off to breakfast!

We headed to the breakfast venue, the same as last night’s dinner venue! Disinfect your hands and enter. The seats were free seats! I have a habit of sitting at the same table as dinner lol I need to eat some vegetables today… Let’s start with the salad. I like broccoli.

Since it was replenished, I also received tomatoes! Next was 10 salads, yuzu konnyaku, and simmered pumpkin. Let’s get some food too. Next to the rice is a Jidori Chazuke set. Let’s come back again. Go to the food corner. There was grilled seaweed, Nozawana kelp with roe, side dish miso (bonito),

And then to the pottery corner. First, we will have grilled red fish with salt koji. Next was dried saury with cherry blossoms. Dried cherry blossoms are pickled in mirin and soy sauce and then dried. Mackerel didn’t make it through lol This is how I returned to my seat!

My partner taught me and I came here to make seafood bowl! I’m going to use the rice I just took for the second time to make Ochazuke. First, let’s serve the tuna! Beautiful tuna and looks delicious! We will also serve salmon. I had high hopes because it was delicious yesterday.

There was also Wakayama’s specialty, whitebait. yay. There was also cod roe and shrimp (boiled). Finally, add toppings such as okra and seaweed and it’s done! Hozuki’s Choice ~Japanese-style breakfast with lots of seafood~ First up is the seafood bowl! This will whet your appetite in the morning!

For the side dishes, I chose saury, red fish, yellowtail radish, and his fish. Enjoy delicious seafood from the morning! First of all, veggie first. Broccoli is delicious. Then let’s go to the seafood bowl! Tuna and whitebait, a collaboration of Wakayama specialties! Delicious! Especially the tuna is fresh and delicious!

I made seafood bowl again… sweat And chicken dashi chazuke. Carbohydrate festival! Fruits, hot spring steamed buns, and pickles (combination…) The octopus has a cute wiener face. Now, let’s eat up Hotel Senjo! Chicken dashi chazuke is light and perfect for dipping sauce!

If you mix in a little wasabi, it will be even lighter! This is a good shime! The hot spring steamed buns for dessert are fluffy and delicious! When I wanted to eat another one, it was out of stock… I ate it all this time too! Thank you for the meal!

Well, I’m sorry to leave you behind, but I’m off! Hotel Senjo, the view, hot springs, and food were amazing! If you use National Travel Support, the price is 15,100 yen! (You will also receive 2600 Jalan points) You can get a regional coupon of 3000 yen, so it’s a great cost performance!

Thank you, Hotel Senjo! On the way home, I stopped by Toretore Market again. Pickled plums with local coupons, I bought kettle-fried whitebait, Arita mandarin oranges, and more! Although it was 1 night and 2 days, I was able to enjoy Wakayama Prefecture to the fullest!

Hotel Senjo had a very beautiful view, and the sunset was especially impressive. The hot springs were flowing directly from the source and seemed to have great effects, and the scenery was beautiful! The food was very delicious, mainly seafood! Senjojiki, a scenic spot in Wakayama, was also a must-see!
