・大豆水煮缶1缶 1 can of boiled soybean water
・ごぼう1本 1 burdock root
・こんにゃく1枚 1 piece of konjac
・にんじん1/2本 1/2 carrot
・焼きちくわ1本 1 grilled chikuwa
・昆布20cm kombu 20cm
・砂糖大さじ4 4 tablespoons sugar
・酒大さじ4 4 tablespoons liquor
・みりん大さじ4 4 tablespoons sweet sake
・醤油大さじ4 4 tablespoons soy sauce
・出汁（水） 200g soup stock(water)
