🔪 Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 cup thicken Cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, finely sliced
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
📝 Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Add cream and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent.
Add the cherry tomatoes.
Stir in the spinach and cook for another minute until wilted.
Pour the whisked eggs over the vegetables. If using, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
