Conner is our resident Kale lover, and we ALL love Kale chips. Hang out with me a little bit today in the garden as I harvest, clean and prepare the Kale to make Kale chips. If you are craving something crispy and salty like a chip, but want to be a little more healthier – this should be your new go-to snack!

I think Coghill farm puts them in a freeze dryer and they put all kinds of vegetables and kale everything in there and they love it and you can eat it just freeze dried or if you wet it it makes it come back into shape or something
My Mom makes thwm for my Dad with diabetes. They are so good.
I really think every school should have a garden, so they can learn how & where food comes from

I love kale chips! Don’t make it often enough. I’ve got to try growing kale to have it available when I want it. The apples don’t fall far from your tree! They dance when excited, just like their momma! 😄

My 5 yr old granddaughter wants a garden so my son is going to get a piece of the backyard ready. The he is going to let her plant some stuff. He wants sugar snap peas and some type of cherry tomatoes, not sure of anything else.

How long do they last before they go bad? Or do they get eaten before you noticed it😂? I bought some kale today to try out and a friend asked to try but don’t meet her until next weekend, do they last a week?
I use the round egg rack from the instant pot to cover the kale in my small air fryer. The rack keeps the kale from getting up in the burner and the chips don't clump up as much either. Works for me.
