3:00 It is like Russian pelemeni and pirogi, only they don't fry them. There isn't a single good Chinese restaurant where I live in the US. Maybe in New York City they make good Chinese food.
I see that scallions are mostly used in food preparation instead of green onions. 13:36 How come the egg-scallions mixture doesn't stick to the skillet?
