    1 kg pork rib
    230ml orange jam
    3 Tbsp soy sauce
    4 Tbsp sake (white wine)
    1〜Tbsp vinegar
    some black pepper

    •Egg wash → egg +milk
    Simmer th rib for about 40min
    Bake the pie at 392F for 20min

    1 chicken stock cube

    About 900 ml water

    1. How to not get pasta sauce everywhere. My boyfriend is Italian, it is disrespectful to slurp pasta noodles because you lose the sauce. Think of it as the opposite of Japaneses culture.

    3. 6 minutes into the video…..I got lost. My fault by the way not anything you did. I was admiring everything else. We got to the serving and her little voice and I had to go back to the beginning to figure out what we were eating. I would still love to know what you guys drink with your meals.
