[Recipe]
▫️Snow Dome Cake

Ingredients
• Sponge cake
• Whipped cream
• Granulated sugar … 50g
• Water … 10g
• Non-melting powdered sugar … a little
• Decorations (chocolate, strawberries, etc.)

Tips
• Stretch the plastic wrap tightly over the surface
• Heat the sugar mixture to about 160–170°C until melted
　※I made mine at 125°C and it worked well
• Peel off the plastic wrap gently and little by little
• Once you succeed once, it becomes easier to get the hang of it
