ズッキーニのから揚げ/Fried zucchini

Sprinkle the cut ends with salt and let them sit for about 10 minutes. Mix the soy sauce and grated garlic, then wipe the zucchini dry. Twist it loosely and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Let’s fry. Mix equal amounts of potato starch and rice flour, add zucchini and coat. Place in hot oil and fry for 3 minutes over medium-low heat. When the whole is browned, it’s done. It gets a little moist when it cools down, so be sure to enjoy it freshly fried.
