No Ginseng Korean Chicken Soup. Dak Gomtang

If you don’t know this, you don’t really know Korean food. Koreans never make it at home. This is the real easy version Koreans actually make. No jinseng, no juju, just these three simple veggies and Korean mom’s secret ingredients, tuna sauce and MSG. And the cabbage is the deep broth kick. When it’s cooked, you need this warm Korean chicken soup. Takum tang. The broth tastes like it simmerred for 3 hours. This is what Koreans really eat at home. Enjoy.
