材料(量はお好みで調整してください)
米粉パン粉
米粉パンを冷蔵庫で2日ほど乾燥させるか
冷凍庫に冷凍した米粉パンをすりおろす

220℃に予熱したオーブンで15分
→ひっくり返して8〜10分
