【大食い】手羽先の唐揚げ100本~ピリ辛!簡単で安くて美味しいおつまみ!~

I’m gonna make deep fried chicken wings. And it is easy, delicious, inexpensive side to eat. When it comes to chicken wing dish,
Nagoya is very famous for it. If I want to make an authentic one
I need to boil down the sauce first And baste fried chicken wings with the sauce
And cook in the oven. That’s too much work for me. I want to a simple sauce
and coat fried chicken wings with it. Let’s get started. Cooking Starts Now These are the main ingredients, chicken wings. I have more here. I bought 100 chicken wings. It cost me about 3500 yen (35USD) I’ll start with prepping these guys. To make it cook faster, people make a slit here. I’m lazy, and I want the juice to be kept inside. I’m the type of person who doesn’t think
to make a cut is necessary. And it will be cooked through anyway. I think removing small bone like this and feather left on the skin is more important than making a cut. Feathers left on the skin cause the odor. Pre-season with salt and pepper Rub it in with hands. Leave for 30 mins to bring it up to room temp. The base of the sauce(ketchup: mayonnaise = 1:2 )
*I added more ketchup than usual to
make it go well with drinks. Add sweetness and spiciness
with sugar, honey, and chili bean sauce
I personally like the sauce sweeter
Chili bean sauce contains salt in it,
so keep checking the taste. Add grated and lemon juice if you want to. whisk to mix
*It is hard to mix honey, so whisk thoroughly I make this sauce a lot in one time. If you can’t use this in one time, you can use this sauce for meatballs,
fried shrimps, or so many things. If you keep this in a fridge,
you can eat them for about a week. Dust with potato starch Pat to remove excess potato starch Generous amount of vegetable oil Turn on the heat when the temperature of the oil is about 160℃/320℉ Put skin side first and fry them.
*In Japanese cooking, cook chicken skin side first
and cook the fish meat side first. Leave it for 3 mins. Check the color, flip them when it is browned nicely. Cook 2 to 3 mins.
*Be careful with popping frying oil. Enjoy mouth-watering frying sound (15secs) This may cause hunger for food.
please follow the dosage and administration. Shake to drain excess oil & remove from the pan.
*When you pick up, you will feel a moderate vibration of the chicken if it is cooked. So delicious!

when I eat this I become silent as to when I eat crabs. Because I’m eating for a long time,

~手羽先の下準備~
・冷蔵庫から出し常温にもどす
・裏表に塩、胡椒を振り手でもみこむ
・薄くまんべんなく片栗粉をつけたら少なめのサラダ油で揚げ焼きにする
※皮面から先に焼くと綺麗に仕上がります(*´ω`*)
※表3分裏3分で十分に火が通ると思います🎵
※裏面を焼くときは油が跳ねやすいのでご注意ください!
・両面がこんがり美味しそうなカリカリになれば完成!
※油から取り出すときに手羽先内部の水分が沸騰してプツプツと振動していれば中までしっかり火が通っている証です(#^^#)

~合わせ調味料~
・マヨネーズ:ケチャップを2:1で合わせる(味のベース)
※今回はお酒に合うようにケチャップを多めにしていますがマヨネーズの比率を上げるほどまろやかな仕上がりになります(#^^#)
・豆板醤とハチミツ、砂糖でお好みの辛味と甘味に調整
※豆板醤にも塩分が多く含まれているのでこまめに味見をしながら加減してください🎵
※個人的に砂糖を少し多めに入れた甘めの味付けが好きだったりします(*´ω`*)
・仕上げにレモンの絞り汁とすりおろしニンニクをお好みで加えて出来上がり

~仕上げ~
お好みの野菜を敷き詰めた大皿に
思い思いに手羽先を盛り付け上からゴマを振れば完成!

  1. 手羽先の骨の間の隙間に切り込みいれると水分が出てしまうということでしたが、片栗粉まぶしても止められないものなのでしょうか。
    やっぱり食べやすくしたいですので
