Hello, it’s Yuka Kinoshita! And today… using these in-season
nine cuts of shake (wild salmon) and salmon sashimi flesh, I will make five different dishes! And here’s how I make it! [ Shake Hot Salad]

First, pour some mirin into the frying pan Sake Soy sauce And place the shake into the frying pan Put on the lid I’ll make the eggs Some salt, a little bit of sugar,
and mix them well Once the shake is cooked,
take them out and shred them Since we’ll be shredding them anyway
don’t worry if it’s faling apart Let’s pick out the bones too

take out the shake Put in carrots, potatoes, and scallions Enoki mushroom Shimeji mushroom Full of ingredients! And cabbages Stir-fry them Once the volume got a bit smaller, put the grilled shake back into the pot Add in water Japanese dashi stock powder And let it boil Then simmer for about five minutes You can remove the scum if you want to Once the vegetables are cooked,
put in the miso I’m sorry, put in the miso

the roasted shake in foil! It smells really good! I’ve decorated it a bit

and perfect with rice! The slightly sweet eggs is also delicious This is the roasted salmon in foil The best! You can really taste the lemon, and the combined mushrooms’ flavors
just makes it so delicious The shake is roasted quite well too Lemon is delicious indeed This shake and vegetables miso soup
really has a lot of ingredients You almost can’t see the soup The in-season mushrooms are yummy indeed The salad is good too It looks just like the salad that you see

for the roll sandwiches video! I looked it up with the keywords
“sandwich” and “origin”, but the upmost information
it gave me was wrong! I thought the upmost thing
would be the most trusted, but it was wrong John Montagu did give the name “sandwich”, but it was written
as if John Montagu was a French [John Montagu was an English person] I hope it’s not wrong The difference is one lives in freshwater
and the other in saltwater I SEE! It’s classified by whether
it can be eaten raw or not Salmon is usually freshwater fish,
cultivated, and can be eaten raw Shake is usually saltwater fish,
live in the wild, and needs to be cooked I SEE! Now that you mention it, you don’t really eat shake raw,
except in really good sushi restautants I mean you can find salmon
in conveyor belt sushi restaurants I see… So whether it lived in saltwater
or freshwater really makes an impact But we do eat sashimi
of fish taken from the sea too, but it seems you can’t eat shake raw That’s cool… Is it related to parasites? because I eat more than normal people I think it’s run out when I’m eating My body’s probably got dry
because I’m aging SO SAD But by using mayonnaise
and drinking lots of water, I’m happy that I can eat delicious food! All humans will age someday anyway So it’s no use to cry over it [Defying it is useless]

more delicious after all I love eating mushrooms lately I mix raw mushrooms in my salad

vinegar, olive oil, salt, and Ajinomoto I also use ponzu sauce
or soy sauce sometimes, but the base is always vinegar,
olive oil, salt, and Ajinomoto And that’s all about my salad It’s not related at all
