let’s make it frittata it’s so easy start with olive oil onions and mushrooms stir that around in a 10-inch skillet until they are nice and soft and a little browned then we’ll add baby spinach toss that around until it is nice and wilted next we’ll add a mixture of about eight eggs and a half cup half and half with salt and pepper stir that around get it all set up next we’ll add our cheese grated cheese top that then we’ll bake it at 350 for about 12 minutes and that is done it is ready to serve makes a great quick lunch last minute dinner whatever you need i hope you get to try this one let me know
