    Easy Tiramisu

    Difficulty: Very Easy
    Time: 15min + cooling time
    Number of servings: 2

    Ingredients:
    100ml whipping cream
    2 tbsp. granulated sugar
    100g (3.5oz.) mascarpone cheese
    Coffee Syrup
    * 2 tsp. instant coffee
    * 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
    * 50ml hot water
    6 biscuits * ladyfingers (Savoiardi), sponge cake, or Kasutera are okay
    unsweetened cocoa powder

    Directions:
    1. Mix the Coffee Syrup ingredients together. Place the biscuits in a flat container and pour the syrup over them.
    2. Beat whipping cream and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until creamy.
    3. Add mascarpone cheese and mix with a spatula.
    4. Layer the cream and biscuits in serving cups (about 3 layers). Keep in the fridge for at least two hours (or overnight) to set.
    5. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.

      consiglio sempre il caffè fatto con la moka quello istantaneo non è buono come quello preparato in casa ^-^

    2. Is it alright if I use cream cheese instead of mascarpone cheese? I cannot find mascarpone cheese in my area…

May i know will there be any differences in taste if i only put 50g of mascarpone cheese instead of 100g? cause i'm not a cheese lover so i don't really like to eat if the outcome of the product has a cheese taste. Is there a strong taste of cheese when trying out how the desserts taste like when you use 100g of mascarpone cheese?

    6. Thank you dear! Cooked tiramisu by your recipe for 15 persons for Bday of my man. Only coffee was a real espresso + 1tbs cogniak :-)) Also i used low fat mascarpone + bit less sugar. All guests were happy ^-^
