【柿と焼き芋とクリームチーズのサラダ】

～材料～
・柿 1個
・焼き芋 80g程度
・水菜 50~60g程度
・クリームチーズ(キリ) 1個
・マヨネーズ 小さじ2
・オリーブオイル 大さじ1
・マスタード 小さじ1/2
・酢 大さじ1
・砂糖 小さじ1
・すりおろしにんにく 小さじ1/2
・塩 少々
・あらびき胡椒 適量

材料はあくまでも目安です。お好みで加減してください。

①水菜は3cm程度に切る。
②柿は皮を剥いて4等分程度に切りいちょう切りにする。
③焼き芋は皮を剥いて柿と同じぐらいの大きさに切る。
④切った水菜、柿、焼き芋をボウルに入れて、マヨネーズ、オリーブオイル、酢、砂糖、マスタード、すりおろしにんにくを入れて調味料を軽く混ぜてから全体を混ぜ合わせる。
⑤塩とあらびき胡椒で味を整えて、クリームチーズを細かくちぎって入れて軽く混ぜ合わせる。
⑥器に盛りつけて完成！
