『えび天かすと梅干しの混ぜおにぎり』

材料(2人分)
温かいご飯…250g
刻みネギ…5g
海老天かす…大さじ2
白いりごま…大さじ1
梅干し…2個
めんつゆ(2倍濃縮)…大さじ1

手順

①ボウルに材料を入れる
【白米・刻みネギ・海老天かす・白いりごま・梅干しを細かくカット・めんつゆ】を入れて
粗熱が取れるように容器の底から優しく混ぜて・優しくおにぎりの形に握り完成

Ingredients (Serves 2)
Warm rice … 250g
Chopped green onion … 5g
Shrimp tempura bits … 2 tbsp
White roasted sesame seeds … 1 tbsp
Pickled plums (umeboshi) … 2
Mentsuyu (2x concentrated) … 1 tbsp

Instructions
① In a bowl, combine all ingredients — warm rice, chopped green onion, shrimp tempura bits, white sesame seeds, finely chopped pickled plums, and mentsuyu.
Gently mix from the bottom to let the rice cool slightly, then shape softly into rice balls.
