⭐Ingredients:
1 Butternut squash cut in half
1 large white onion
1 whole garlic
250 gm cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1-1/2 teaspoon dried herbs
1 white yellow pepper
Method:
– Preheat the oven to 200C
– Add the tomatoes, squash, bell pepper, onion, garlic, olive oil, dried herbs.
– Roast for 40 minutes or until everything is golden.
– Add them in a blender, squeeze the garlic, add water or broth then blend.
– Enjoy
